A SoCal TV legend has left us recently. An owner of so many car dealerships in the west coast. On KTTV in the 1970s and 80s during a movie, his ads would become a single commercial break. Every commercial had him with playing with various animals or flying upside down on a plane. Another memorable part of these ads was the catchy jingle set to "If You're Happy And You Know It" with the phrase "Go See Cal" or infamously mistaken as Pussy Cow. Among the dealerships still operating is Worthington Ford in Long Beach.
There were also Worthington Dodge in Huntington Beach plus dealerships in Anchorage ,Alaska, Federal Way, etc.
